*Outwith the high season, lets for a period of less than one week may be considered. Minimum tariffs as above will apply to stays of up to 4 nights. Stays of 5 or 6 nights will be charged at the weekly rate.
Prices, are per cottage per full week
from Saturday to Saturday. They include bed linen, towels and
tea towels. all electricity and heating costs, and VAT.
We ask for a deposit of 50% to confirm your
booking with the balance to be paid six weeks before your
holiday.

Clutha is a large 4-bedroomed cottage
which forms part of the boundary of the walled garden. Glass
doors from the kitchen open onto a cedarwood veranda and the garden itself. Clutha
can accommodate seven guests.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one with
en-suite shower/WC. There is a bathroom with WC, fully equipped
kitchen/dining room. The sitting room is comfortably furnished
and includes a coal effect gas fire. The kitchen includes
washing machine, built-in oven with seperate hob, refrigerator
- separate freezer - dishwasher and microwave oven.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with one single bed and another
with two single beds between which there is a play area.
The cottage is fully heated.
