- Prices are per cottage per full week from Saturday to Saturday
- They include all bed linen, towels and tea towels, all electricity and heating costs and VAT.
- All cottages have fully equipped, modern kitchens to include built-in oven, separate hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine and (except for Catan) dishwasher. All have flat screen TV and DVD/CD player.
- All are centrally heated , with additional heating in sitting rooms.
- All have outside picnic tables and barbeques.
- The family tennis court and putting green are open to guests at most times.
All of our cottages have recently undergone a programme of thorough refurbishment
and improvement.
PLEASE NOTE:
WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT DOGS.
IN CONSIDERATION OF ALL OUR GUESTS, WE HAVE A NO-SMOKING
POLICY WHICH EXTENDS TO THE GROUNDS AS WELL AS THE COTTAGES.
We can supply cots and highchairs by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

Walled garden cottage. Glass doors open onto a cedarwood veranda and the garden itself. Ground
floor - 2 double-bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower/WC. There is a house bathroom with second shower and wc, large and fully equipped kitchen. Large sitting room.
Upstairs there is 1 single bedroom and another with 2 single beds, between which there is a play area.

Former Gardeners cottage situated near the walled garden with open views
and private lawn. Ground floor : sitting room and kitchen, separate dining room. 1 double bed with whb. House bathroom/shower/wc. Well equipped laundry with tumble dryer.
Upstairs - 1 room with 2 singles and 1 double bedroom.
