Personal Training with Stag Fitness
Local coach Chris Jamieson can provide 1-1 personal training and a program tailored to your goals whether it’s strength training, muscular endurance, fat loss, get lean or work on mental health. In addition clients can benefit from a nutrition pack tailored to training and body type. Clients have access to a private Instagram page that has over 150 workouts that can be followed at home. A fitness planner and daily step tracker pdf are also added to a group members page on Facebook.
Online coaching provides the same service as 1-1 and Chris can tailor program around any gym or home equipment.
Chris can also provide online fitness classes where clients have access to all the videos with at least two workouts added weekly - from HIIT, upper/lower body, full body conditioning and ab workouts.
